Simone Breaker is in control. As a Special Agent and Forensic Scientist with the FBI, she led teams around the world to process countless major crime scenes. She apprehended fugitives and investigated murders. She collected evidence at 9/11. Now, at age 57, Simone is retiring to a promising new chapter at home with her husband and daughter. But will the tranquility of her new life be haunted by memories from her past? Will she be strong enough to maintain control? Inspired by true events, Breaker uses devised movement and visual spectacle to explore the invisible wounds of post-traumatic stress disorder in law enforcement. Each performance of the workshop production will be presented with a panel discussion on mental health. Performed by Brian Boller, Jackie Bowes, RjW Mays, Errol McLendon, Priya Mohanty, Kaileigh JaKirra Robinson.

Performer Bios: Brian Boller (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of Breaker and working with Jamie and this wonderful ensemble. Jackie Bowes (Ensemble) is a DC born and raised actor, writer, and director who just survived her first Chicago winter. She is also an ensemble member of Theater Y’s Improv Storytime. Sara Ann Dickey (Dramaturg and Stage Manager) is a theatre artist that hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
