COVID-19 Health & Safety

As of September 10, 2021, proof of vaccination for individuals ages 12 and up OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test is required for entrance to Links Hall. Please see additional details about these policies, and ongoing health and safety measures below.

Visitors, staff, and artists are still expected to wear masks at all times in public spaces, or when two or more people are gathered.

Vaccines & COVID-19 Testing

  • Vaccinated artists, staff, crew, volunteers, and contract workers will be asked to provide proof of vaccination prior to their first day of work at Links Hall, via electronic copy or photo. Performance or event attendees may present vaccination cards, a clear and legible photocopy of vaccination card, or a cell phone photo of your vaccination card upon entry to a performance, class, or other program. “Fully vaccinated” means at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose vaccine authorized for use by the FDA and considered effective by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and/or the World Health Organization.
  • Unvaccinated individuals are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within the 72 hours prior to entry to Links Hall (for performances, events, or work engagements lasting less than one week), ORon a weekly basis (for work engagements lasting more than one week).
  • Some projects or programs requiring close working conditions over an extended or concentrated period of time may require that artists, staff, crew, and other workers provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Artists and organizations working at Links Hall may choose to enforce additional COVID-19 health and safety guidelines for their collaborators or audiences for a given project or performance. As always, Links Hall will do its best to assist artists in creating an environment that supports their needs, as long as it meets the minimum policy in effect by Links Hall.

Ongoing Care & Building Guidelines

  • If you or anyone in your household are experiencing the following symptoms, please stay home and stay safe: fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, chills, body aches, loss of taste or smell.
  • If you have, to your knowledge, had close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Close contact is defined by the CDC as being within 6 feet for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.
  • All individuals entering Links Hall or at Links Hall events must wear masks in public indoor spaces, or when two or more people are gathered. Artists are not required to wear masks while performing, though they may choose to do so.
  • Please use hand sanitizer when entering the building and wash hands before entering the studio. Soap, water, and hand sanitizing stations are available in the lobby and restrooms.
  • Links Hall and Constellation have increased cleaning of the studios and high touch surfaces (door knobs, light switches, light/sound board, production equipment, chairs, computers, office and other workstations).
  • HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) units have been serviced, are in good working order, and receive regular preventive maintenance checks. Fans should remain on during rehearsals, performances, and events to increase air flow.
  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed between office workstations. Administrative staff continues to work on a hybrid (remote/on-site) schedule, to support social distancing in the shared office.
