Influenced by Body Mind Centering Technique, Susan Klein Release Technique, Cunningham, Classical Ballet, and Contact Improvisation, Lomask’s class is meant to increase physical awareness and control so that a performer can more efficiently articulate any form of choreographic intent. Through muscular toning, deep stretch, balance, momentum exploration, the gaining and loss of balance, and movement as a conversation with onself, Lomask inpires physical mastery. Partnering class must have a 6-person minimum, so bring a friend!
