Links Hall Dance Classes are dedicated to nurturing the unique creativity of your own dance expression -- through the exploration and practice of contemporary dance methods with passionate, intelligent, and informed artist-instructors.

CLASS POLICIES
Classes are usually open to all participants with at least beginning/intermediate skills in body/mind awareness (such as those developed through dance, yoga, martial arts, etc.) Please wear bare feet and comfortable clothing, and arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to sign in and change. Refunds only in cases of illness or injury.

Observing the Now: Improvisation and spontaneity in practice and performance

The Chicago Seminar on Dance and Performance invites you to join a conversation about the uses, methods, traditions, and styles of spontaneously-created performance. Chicago dance and physical theater performers Asimina Chremos, Adrian Danzig, Angie Hauser, Molly Shanahan, and Brian Shaw will offer opportunities for observing, discussing, and participating in improvisational performance and practice.
